Numb hands

Anyone had numb hands in the night on mitazapine, 7.5mg, have to shake them,

    Your numb hands may be caused by not breathing correctly, a common problem with people with anxiety. Try some breathing exercises, see if that helps

    Hi Susan.

    Yes I did get this and also a feeling of weakness in my hands and sometimes feet usually in a morning but could happen when Resting during the day too. Also restless leg syndrome. Itching. And chronic indigestion and heartburn. As well as the other phycological effects.
