I visted the nurse last week for my weigh in and she basically told me I should really be coming off the orlistat soon as I've been taking it for a year now.(with 3st loss I might add).I was hoffified at the thought of this, but then the nurse told me that the orlistat only really works well effectively if you are eating fat !!!! (I Know, I was confused also). She said that basically if you are going to eat fish and chips then the tablets will work on this, but you know you shouldnt be eating fish and chips anyway so why do you need a tablet????Its true really guys isnt it.e know what we shouldn't eat so why eat it just to take a tablet ?It certainly gave me food for thought. hmmmmmmmm food !!!! :D xx

  Yeah we could eat what we want and pass it out the other end.

(Think she was meaning that if we were to eat no fat at all.....the tablets wouldn`t be stimulated enough to do what they`re meant to. Turn us into a size 10 overnite...   )

You mean they don`t do that?????

I'd rather not eat what I want and pass it out the other end. I've had 2 experiences with orange oil and didn't like it one bit   ended up with a sore behind..... :?
