I do all the time. feels like i'm the only one. The worst is the insignificance i feel sometimes/ lack of purpose.
It helps to remember that these thoughts will pass. Think about them, understand them, don't reject them. The more you reject them the more they fester until you break down. It helps to write them down
I like to tell my self that one day I will feel completely happy and all of these thoughts will be forgotten.
Hope it helps!

I get them bad. YouTube videos on how to control your obsess thinking helps. Always remember, a thought is nothing more than a thought. Thoughts come and go all day long for every person on earth, some good and some bad. When we give our attention to one thought, that's what the anxiety feeds on. Ask yourself, "what evidence do I have that this thought is true? If I had to go to court today and give the judge evidence that this will actually happen, would I have enough for the judge to agree that this thought is true?" The only real evidence is that you think it. My therapist gave me that to use and I find it very helpful.

You're very welcome, Rachel. Anything I can do to help a fellow anxiety sufferer, I will do. Take care
