odd symptoms.

i’ve posted in here about the weird symptoms i’ve been having. aside from that, everytime i touch my neck, it sends chills all down my body. it feels like my head will fall off if i’m not grabbing the back of my neck, or resting it against something. i’ve had and mri & ct scan done of my neck, & they say it has a wrong curve to it. it’s more straight than curvey. so i don’t understand if this can give me all these weird symptoms or not. i see spots in my vision all the time, my eyes are always dilated (doctors think it's weird), i feel like i’m moving when i’m standing still. super sensitive to light when my eyes are dilated. i saw a neurosurgeon today, & he said everything looked okay. i have two discs that are bulging a little bit, but not bad. what is causing this & how do i fix it?! i find myself to be shaky in my head too whenever i bend it or anything. tremors in my head, & in my neck.

It sounds like trapped nerves been restricted by the bulging discs. I had problems with my neck and still have trapped nerves I went to a Chiropractor who manipulated my neck and trapped nerves quite a long time ago. The problem with this is treatment is not on the NHS and you will need to pay based on time and treatment.
You need to return to your GP and ask for the copy of the Neurologist, if you want to proceed with above. However I would hope your bulging disks may be able to be treated on the NHS Physio.
I know in my case I have similar problems and the only relief I have are Opiates and NSID medications. I also take Amytryptalene an Anti depressant that works and relieves nerve pain. You could also try a TENS MACHINE. Your GP may be able to help and get some instruction in its use.
Try Body Clock they have various units, also EMS and Pain Pens

Caused by a double Gin Lol
Yes possible that will happen I suffer dizziness and headaches.
Good luck whatever you decide, they can work on the disks sometimes. Your GP and Specialist will need a meaningful discussion regards that. In my case it is down to risk

I have nerve issues too and a flashing light in my left eye. Neurologist said yes not worried about it that it's in my eye. I saw an optometrist and he said he didn't see any signs of anything being wrong. I've had it for a few weeks and I have no idea what's causing it. I also get pain in the right side of my head and dizziness sometimes. The chiropractor was helping with the head pain and dizziness but then I stopped going to him when I started having chest pain and I haven't been back. I want to have an MRI but my doctor hasn't approved it yet.
