well, as I said I would I have started at Slimming World. I have avoided getting on my scales (very unlike me) for about 3 weeks as I haven't been able to take the tablets. It was much worse then expected, but when I loke at the amount of rubbish I have been eating between meals not surporising. In 5 weeks (including my time in India) I have put back on 11lbs. That's not bad going by anyone's standards :oops:
On the positive side that still means I a less than when I started. So It's time to stop the rot and get on with it. I have been on the website and there are so many easy recipies, although they don't give you the fat content. For the moment though I am waiting to see if my stomach settles down before starting the little bluies again. Plus if I can lose weight without them it would be preferable.
First weigh in next Tuesday night so I'll keep you posted. Tuna and Jacket with salad coming up for lunch
