Eeekk! So I had my months weigh in from the diet and I've lost 10lbs...so Damn happy right now, for all of those people that have recently started and say they aren't seeing any results after a few weeks or so my advice is to stick with it as I was exactly the same, bare in mind we all lose weight at different speeds so don't be so down on yourselves and keep going!!

    Well done smile iv only been on 3 days so long way t go for a weigh in sad any advice b gd what kind of stuff do u eat if u don't mind me askin

      Keep your chin up Suzanne! If you stick to the rules you can't lose (well you will the weight wink but you know what I mean) I don't mind at all, I used to be really bad snacking on a night but I find even just sipping orange/apple juice really helps with taking the urge off...as of what I eat my snacks just consist of various fruits, meals wise I tend to eat mainly chicken salads or steak ones or stir frys, lean mince stuffed peppers the other night but Iceland do some frozen meals that comply with the rules, if you get stuck I found a couple nice and another to spicy for me but they aren't badly priced at £1 last time I was in...just drink a lot of water I find it helps smile

    Well done!!! That's what I lost in my first month I didn't think I had lost anything but was surprised..

    Well done Hannah! That is a great amount! And yes, take one day at a time, get through that day and just keep onwards... great things dont come easy! Just keep going!! biggrin
