ok just had my first nasty loo incident!!

Although I have not had any excesive fatty foods, all I can think is the sweet chilli sauce, I have had to dash to the loo!! its not good with cramps! not good. sad

    Could it be that the chilli sauce may be too rich/spicy for your gut therefore causing an upset tummy? If you've eaten well then a dodgy item could cause a random reaction and not be linked to the pills - I suffer random bouts of ibs which is difficult to find the trigger for x

      it was a mild one, normally I am stuborn can go a day or so without movement. but have the 'orange leak' cant think of anything else it could be, dont feel sick or anything like that. 

      My poor partner suffers with IBS so I kinda know how you feel with that lovely, xx

    I have lidi sweet chilli sauce , all the time . 

    You may want to try that one .

    I've not had the dreaed oil or nasty stuff thank god .

      i normally have that one but ranout and blue dragon was on offer in tesco, i have to spice my foods, its a mild sweet chilli with garlic and ginger four times in two had to run to the loo.  Been all right until now.

      On the positive side lets hope it makes me loose more weight lol xx

    I did some chicken salad wraps .....very nice but put a little drizzle or so I thought of nandos medium sauce. ...not pleasant at all , won't be doing that again. ...:'(

      i have eaten nandos sauce the one from the supermarket. If you meant side effects it won't be from the sauce

      God knows what it was then I only had the wrap grilled chicken and salad with the sauce. Not gonna try it again its put me off at the mo.

      Was it cooked with frylight? was it breast not thigh? unless it was something you ate in the last day? sauces apart from the obvious ones like mayo etc are fine i eat them all them time. Hope you feel better soon smile
