On holiday

Im off on holiday soon to a hot country and I'm worried I'll have a flare up, will I need something to prevent this happening? Or anything I can do? Thanks

    Good day! You must put valacyclovir in the your bag! wink

      Not sure if it is right but I find drinking plenty of water seems to help.

      I did it 3 times (in Egypt and Cremea) - and all right! If you will feel start of outbreak - you must use valacyclovir and very soon!

    So I don't need to take a course of tablets? Just take some valaclior or however u spell it 😂.

    Sorry for my offtop! But my experience show that bad for health (herpes appear) country with wet climate (Thailand, Turkish) but good for immune system (herpes afraid)  country with dry climate (without rains) for example - (Egypt, Arab Emirates).
