Hi Everyone,
I've come away on holiday for a week to tenerife, had a really bad IBS and anxiety attack before leaving for travel airport this morning and almost thought about not coming.
I managed the flight fine and been okay today but have a deep sick feeling constantly like a ball making me feel so miserable. I'm anxious about having this during whole of my holiday, I'm considering taking kalmz and wondering if they will work or help.
Any tips would be much appreciated

It's anxiety your be 100% fine. I've had the exact same and funny enough it was on holiday in Tenerife
I relaxed and was fine.
Kalms are good. But just go for a swim or walk enjoy the weather and food! Relax and be in the moment
Enjoy your holiday!

Best advice I could give is to try and defocus and hydrate!! Dehydration is going to cause your heart rate to elevate, which can totally make it harder to control your anxiety. It can also make you feel sick!
Here's something to try:
Download an audio book to your phone and listen to it while laying down with your eyes closed. Focus on the story, and only the story. You might even try laying with your head off the side of the bed (works for me).

Thank you all for your replies I managed the holiday fine and my stomach settled after the 1st day of being away.
I thought it may of been a bit of anxiety about being away from home but it couldn't of been as I was fine.
However when it came to the night before travelling back home again I had an anxiety attack was vomiting, back and forth toilet felt constantly sick, heart palpitations and light headed. I had this even when in the airport before boarding then as soon as I was on the plane I was fine but just had this constant knot feeling in my stomach.
I have never had this before and I'm not 27 I don't know why it has come on all of a sudden.
