Hi it's been a while since I've been on here because I was doing so much better. I'm one day from one year of no period. Around time of ovulation until time I would be having a period which is tomorrow I have been miserable. I 've been having pulsating like palpitations but its felt throughout my whole body( like a heart beat) Then it feels like a tremor inside. This is really making me scream!!! I just want it to stop. I'm also having headaches which builds up like pressure sometimes or just feel of head discomfort. When the headache pressure comes on sometimes afterward I get a hot flash. Not to mention the bloating , fatigue, and anxiety. The palpitations, pulsating beating is constant. I just feel so yucky..anyone else has menopause but still got better and symptoms return later?

I really want to know if anyone experience the pulsating/ palpitations heart beating felt throughout whole body/ tremors inside?

    Hi,

I did get better for about a year, and symptoms are back now. I feel the palpitations and have the headaches you describe, among so many other symptoms! The symptoms used to be mostly before my period, now they come and go irrespective of it- at any time. I try to ignore them, but the are ruining everything because are bothersome and don't allow me to enjoy anything!:(

I am sorry you are going through this! I hope you can see a doctor to see if you can find something to help. I have not been able to see one, and the think I am nuts when I try to explain how I feel anyway.

    Mary,

So many women, myself included thought when your periods ended you were in for better days. What I found was the opposite. Within 3 months of my last period i could tell unpleasant things were happening and fast. I was determined to find out what was happening and why and what I could do about it. I knew I wasn't going to be happy with feeling the way I was. Gaining weight, hair thinning, feeling down, couldn't sleep, hot flushes, no excitement in life. In the intimacy department I fell apart quickly. Dryness set in, lack of lubrication, sensitivity and almost impossible to reach climax. Long story, I found a good alternative/ holistic dr that did lots of blood work to determine what hormones, vitamins, the whole deal I was low on. I got on bio identical creams originally and then switched to pellets. Started supplementing vitamins my body needed according to labs. Bottom line when your hormones deplete, estrogen, testosterone and progesterone your going to feel and see the changes. If you don't replenish these hormones things will continue to decline. Your body will never make these hormones like they use to leading up to and going into menopause. I have been post menopause for 5 years and feel I got my life back. Good luck!

      Hi Mary,

I'm on quite a few supplements. I can send you a list if you like. Also I do believe my doctor does online stuff but not sire the procedure or price. I can give you his website address if you want in your messages. If your in the states you could probably find a holistic or alternative doctor in your area too that knows their stuff with hormone replacement and running proper labs.
