One little cut.. is it herpes

I touched it with a qtip but didnt hurt

Why even herpes little tiny cuts are painful. Sometimes i feel a little burn i mean it just showed up yesterday but when i put triple antibiotic on it i dont feel nothing 

Have you had mouth ulcers before in your life - genital herpes is like that but on your genitals.

Yes but i have read it can appear as little tiny cuts. I mean i only had one. I had a yeast infection took medicine a week later had burning went to ob she said it looked yeasty on the external area. Then when i got results she said i had group b strep. Which supposivly shows no symptoms. Put me amox the itching and burning came back went to the ob again and he said vaginal tissue looks healthy but i looked yeasty. Im barely itchy or burning but noticed this tiny cut. Because this cut it was on off for 3 weeks all other std tests were negative.  Occasionally it will bother me possibly anxiety? Im not sure but only one little cut and my vaginal redness is all gone . Does herpes change vaginal ph do u know 

you should get it swabbed while there cut is still present
