One of my eyes after ICL is going out of focus.

I had both eyes done over a period about 18 mths ago. When the last (right) eye was done I notice the edges of the implant in both eyes but was told this was sometimes a result and that nothing needs to be done. That has not changed and does not bother me. Now however I have noticed the long distance focus of the left eye has changed in the last few weeks and distance is a bit blurred suggesting something is changing. The clarity is OK though.

Anyone experienced this and give advice? Thanks.

have you been checked for PCO?

I am male so can't suffer from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.

PCO on this forum means Posterior Capsular Opacification. Google will tell you what you need to know about it, and you should see your ophthalmologist to determine what's going on.

Very difficult to say - you should make an appointment to have it checked. Could be something minor. I noticed blurring with LE and diagnosed with Epretinal membrane by my optometrist and waiting to see a retina specialist.

How old are you? I think younger people are more likely to see the edge of a lens. But, if the lens is not centered on your eye, you may see the edge too. Perhaps if the lens has moved off center it will impact the optics. This is something that a cataract surgeon should be able to diagnose.
