As you know I was diagnosed withe thrush and had a bit of a problem with pessaries. After speaking to gp he told me to continue with them, my issue is, Sunday was awful when it was dissolving so decided not to use one, Monday we are good day but as instructed used the pessary, tokay has been a good day until I went shopping , then again could feel the pessary dissolving. Not a nice feeling so thinking of not bothering again tonight especially as I habelieve my family coming to stay tomorrow for 2 weeks. 3 grandsons take some energy. Feeling a bit deflated. Don't have symptoms of thrush anymore anyway

Treatment for thrush is like treatment with antibiotics.....you are advised to finish the course but that also depends on the size of the tube of cream. If it's a mini one then it's advisable to use it all however I can fully understand the reasons you want to stop. What exactly is it you were prescribed carolyn?

1 pessary and cream initially and still had symptoms so they gave me 6 day course of pessaries

I suppose if you don't have any symptoms it would be safe to stop using the pessaries. You know your own body and what the symptoms were like initially x
