I have had these tiny white bumps in the crease of my groin that have been on and off for months it feels like. they itch but they do not hurt at all. no oozing. They kind of flake at times.

Yes sounds like a yeast infection to me. I just got over a yeast infection. You may want to go to the doctor to get checked.

To me it does not look like herpes.
