Morning ladies,

for those experiencing the good ole peri'symptoms I have a question for you all!!

on and off I get days of feeling nauisa! 

What do u take to help with this symptom? I'm day 3 of my period and boy do I feel sick!!!.

i get this running upto a period as well as other symptoms 

But also get this when not on a period? What helps with the sickness feeling IS there any products to help with thanks.

      is this good? I will try anything just at least to help ease!!!!!

       with sooooo many other symptoms off the peri. 

      Just wondering if there is anything else what can be used other than off the G.P?

    It's my second day of nausea and bloated, indegestion, I'm peri as well. I eat well but this nausea makes me miserable.. Doctor gave me STEMETIL tablets.
