operation cancelled admitted to hospital 2 days later

My operation was cancelled the day before surgery. I had an appointment with surgeon on Monday and after examination was told the pain is coming from your apendix. I was admitted to hospital the same day with suspected appendicitis I'm waiting for a CT scan to confirm this I have been told they can do both ops at the same time. I really hope this happens. I've been in agony for this last week hanging on for Saturday but sat came and went. I'm now in the same hospital and same ward I would of been on sat but no hysterectomy. Hoping for the ct scan today or tomorrow then hopefully fingers crossed surgery n the road to recovery. In pain but feeling hopeful x

    Hi tracy

i was thinking about you today and wondered how you were.....at least you now have a plan which probably is not so much of a consultation if your still in pain....hope go get your operation soon.....keep on top of the pain and ask for painkillers regularly.....let us know how your going....take care x

    Hi Tracy

So sorry everything has gone upside down for you. Fingers crossed they can do both ops for you, and then you can get on with the road to recovery.
