At last its been done...... Subacromial decompression/bicep tendoesis and rotator cuff..... 4 days on and very sore and painfull and in sling 24/7
Physio to follow in a few weeks.... wont be back at work for some time and then light duties only.Â
Anyone know how long before full use of shoulder as i have a heavy manual job ?

hopefully 6 to 8 weeks would be fantasticÂ
i imagine there is a slow process getting movement and strength back to original state ?

strength and tone so physio supports process as I found in NHS.

i have to see the consultant again in a month then I guess he will decide on when Physio will startÂ

4 weeks on I'm still in pain and movement still the same. Hope Physio improves things over time

more physio tomorrow so that will be my 3rd session

im still doing Physio once a week. Simple movement exercises only. Pain is bearable with Tramadol. Sleep is interrupted every night still so at the moment I feel worse now than before the operationÂ
