Oralist First weigh in this morning after 4 weeks on Oralist

Very happy 12 lbs gone in 4 weeks, my Doctor happy said they are working and I have lost well over my 5% so prescribed for another 4 weeks I have 4 stone to lose but 4.1/2 stone would be even better, feeling really happy with outcome smile

    Thanks girls, am feeling positive again now, jumped on the scales this morning and finally lost that last lb that I needed to get rid of, so am back to my weigh in of 7/7, so basically I have put myself a week behind, but no more gloom and doom onward and should I say upward ??  as I want my weight to go downwards Lol smile
