Hi, it is also my first day on these pills so I cannot give you much advise on the number 2's but I certainly have had no such problem after my first day. I daren't eat much fat though so hopefully I wont have this problem. Good Luck, lets hope we can do it together x

    Hi,

Oh poor you! I also had a fatty day for several days before starting on the tablets but only has "wind" and headache! I am so scared to eat anything though, had Weetabix, banana and pint of water for breakfast, got a chicken salad for lunch and I am having liver casserole, new potatoes and veg for tea, hope this is ok as I am trying to follow the slimming world plan to see how I go. What kind of menu are you trying, might be good to share tips? Thanks for replying to my message, my name is Jo by the way x

    Hi Jo, I'm Simone smile

i know how you feel, i'm a slight windy today but not suffering from headaches as of yet.

when i'm eating healthy or dieting all fatty foods become so much more appealing lol! such a nightmare but i'm so determined,

i'm not really following a dietary plan although i have heard nothing but good reviews for slimming world!

i'm just eating healthy, regular & smaller potions (sandwich plate size)

for breakie this morning i also had weetabix, some grapes & fresh orange juice.

i tend to snack on fruit or 0% fat natural yoghurts throughout the day when i'm feeling a little hungry, for lunch i'll have some soup with no bread & unsure of tea at the moment.

    xx

Hi, I have dieted for most of my adult life and have had some success but of course when I am not following a plan, i tend to eat and store food like a squirrel so am not getting anywhere. This really is my very last shot at it, I am so determined to do it this time, I am sick of hearing myself say it but this is the first time I have tried with tablets and my Dr's support. I have type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure and weigh over 17 stone and I am 45, i am running out of time to change my life so this is it! I cannot fail again. I really hope that you are also committed, i keep thinking that by Xmas, I could be half way there. The only thing i cannot bear is excerise, I know i have to do it so I guess a half hour walk every day to start with is a step in the right direction x

taking into consideration what you said about having a dietary plan, i think i'm going to join slimming world as i have a class just up the road from me which i could WALK to smile

i have faith in you! i wish you the very best of luck on your journey, we can do this! smile

strongly agree regarding exercise, but every little helps i guess smile the only exercise i get is riding my horses which isn't enough but i don't find time to do much else, but i'm going to find the time to exercise to speed up my weight loss journey!

    keep in touch

    xxx

    Hi,

I think joining SW is a great idea, I know the plan inside out so no need to join again, but it certainly gives direction which is so good to have. I will certainly keep in touch, it would be good to know that someone else is going through the same journey and we started on the same day too, so good luck to you I know we can do this and we can both keep focused. Let me know how things go for you, take care and pop down the road and join SW, could be the best thing you do today x

    Hi jo

I'm finding it ok purely because I'm avoiding the sweets etc i would normally have so I can avoid any unwanted accidents haha x

I'm not too hungry either I haven't been snacking between meals like I would normally so I'm feeling pretty positive about it, lm also finding that im enjoying cooking again x How are you finding it ?

I am trying to just eat weetabix for breakfast, a salad or jacket potato with low fat filling for lunch and a slimming world recipe for dinner. I eat cherries, grapes and other fruits inbetween or a slim a soup which really fill me up. I might be doing it all wrong though, lol. I am scared that i am going to get bored though of eating the same old things everyday so could do with some ideas too x
