I have osteoarthritis in my feet and knees and hands I am only 56 I have 2 unilateral knee joint replacements and recently had surgery on my foot wit no positive outcome and has now left me with neuropathic nerve damage and it’s all got to me mental health wise any thoughts?

do you ever do "hydrotherapy"....... I dream of the days I use to be able to get in and out of a hot indoor pool...... can you get to a pool....... in the water.... no pain..... I want to live in the water but somehow they don't build underwater houses..... lol..... my heart goes out to you....... I am 60..... back,hips, knees, shoulders and elbows all shot! lol..... hands and feet starting to hurt too.... but I am ignoring them..... lol......
