Out of xanax

Hey guys,

Need a bit of help. I take 2mg of xanax a day. I know it can be AWFUL to withdraw from. I have never run out early, but for some reason I am going to be out about 3 days earlier than I can get a prescription. My dad gave me a couple of his klonopin but I'm not sure how they compare mg wise. I never have gotten an early refill so I know I can once, but my doctor is out of town until 3 days after I'm supposed to run out...suggestions??

    Same conversion for xanax and klonipin 2 = 2

    I checked 2 sites just to make sure

    Hi Morgan, if your in the UK another GP in the practice can prescribe them for you.

    If you are being prescribed canes and its on repeat any doctor in the practice can write a prescription 

    you would be ill advised to mix medication as all meds have half lives meaning they stay in the system for a very long time depending on time taken
