Ovarian cyst and cancer

Does any one know what the pain is like with either of these.. . I am worrying myself sick whilst awaiting a pelvic scan..

    My wife died as a result of Cancer which started from Ovary and then spread to abdomen etc. Initially when no such problem was diagnosed, one morning she felt extreme pain down below and thus she went to gynecologist who said every thing OK. Just get the US done which was found OK. A few months later the problem appeared when it was all over the abdomen.

    I suggest get the Tumour Blood Test CA125 done which indicates Ovary problem. We came to know about it when she was already too sick and this test was being repeated to assess the intensity of the problem. Good luck to you.

      Thank you..... i will investigate that.... my pain is a v dull pain which is in my right side and groin
