Can ovarian cysts cause dizziness? When I stand up I go really dizzy but I blackout and I go all fuzzy and it's a really severe but strange feeling. It's horrible. It's been for the past few days and my pain has got worse. Is it anything to check out or am I exaggerating?

I have huge ovarian "masses" and have my appointment with an oncologist this coming tuesday, thank god. I have had to wait 2 weeks. I got hit with severe vertigo and am unable to work right now. The room spins every time I change position. the Doctor I saw in hospital prior to my CT scan thought this problem with severe dizziness was "secondary" to the problem of my very enlarged ovaries. best of luck with your ultra sound.
