I could almost always tell you when I was ovulating. I would nearly always get a dull ache on the side which was ovulating. It would be low down on one side and would sometimes go right through to my back and into one leg. I used to feel tired too.

Ah, the joys of being a woman!rolleyes

hi wendy, what are your palpitations like exactly and dizziness?  i have these like heart flutters out of sink sometimes and often feel lightheaded adn a little nausea and always so tired, im in menopause too.    try to ignore symptoms and take a good vitamin supplement, and plenty of water too.

Yes Wendy, I have been having similar feelings. I too have just ovulated a day or so ago and have been having weird symptoms. I have been having tension headaches, fatigue, muscle aches and tension in arms and chest area. It is scary and frustrating. Menopause doesn't ask your permission it just barges in and takes over!
