Yes, it's very hard on me as well... mine is heavy and light, cramps, I eat like a cow then I don't, fatigue, sometimes headaches, anger/rage, aniexty and on and on.. It's about a 2 week ordeal from beginning to end. I do what I can and take my supplements-- eat healthy and rest. IDK but it would be nice to skip a month here or there..

Been there got the t shirt and now it's too small.

You really can't win with this , they don't call it the change for nothing.

It changes your moods, your appetite and just about everything else.

I was reading earlier on the menopause forum about not being able to

taste things the same reaching out for sweet/savoury foods and I thought

it was just me that felt like that.

Strap in your seatbelt it's a rough ride ahead but without the period , which is great.

Hope yours is an easier road.

Honestly, I remember a time when I didnt even know I was ovulating. now i have so much cervical mucus it feels like a 2 year olds snottty nose down there. And the spotting. Started only spotting at ovulation with an extremely heavy period. now period is a bit lighter but I spot. A LOT. In the last 30 days, I was either bleeding or spotting for all but 8 days. I am 48 next month and think have been in peri for at least 7 years. Ugh.
