22 years of ME/CFS and pain is still a major factor, along with the drowning nautre of the fatigue that is, and I wondered if anyone out there has found something that helps, eases, gives some respite from the constant pain?  Or the constant fatigue?

really help any assistance

I am managing the pain by taking antidepressant madicine.  I am suffering for the last 30 years with the chronic fatigue and pain.

Thank you for your response, I have been offered anti-depressants but have always had a difficult time with them.  Can I ask if it low dose and what is that dose?

I am afraid I have no answer. We have been away to a jazz festival with our brother-in-law. I feel really ill today and of course during, but had to pretend I was Okay. I am frightened to say I can't do these things as others do not understand. I will just have to rest as much as possible now to get over it.

All the best I hope you get some answers. I have had M.E. for at least 32 years.

thanks for taking the time to respond.  Way too long to be suffering this dreadful illness, but I would say this, STOP pretending, it's not your fault, you did not ask for this and when people care for you give them chance and they will understand.
