Have you tried Imodium instants? I find just one of those very effective but does not bung me up!

Worth a try. My husband has to take Imodium sometimes for the long term effects he has from bowel cancer. He hates taking it because of the after effects of constipation for days!

Susan you could try opening the capsule tipping half out then putting them back together,I do this and I'm fine ,but you must still eat plenty of fiber and drink plenty of water.Maybe wait until after you have had a bowel movement then taking some ,? just a thought ,

Try peppermint oil capsules,  I find them helpful with wind or just when your tum is feeling a bit off.
