Pain in right hand and neck and tiredness after work. ECG and ETT are normal! What should i do?

I am 53 year old male, I have been experiencing pain in my right hand and neck region for the last 4 months and the pain has only gotten worse! I feel this pain after climbing a flight of stairs or simply for just walking for about 3-4 minutes! The pain resolves when i sit for a couple of minutes and only sitting makes it better, laying down on the bed doesnot do any good.Recently i have noticed i get tired pretty quickly and feel tired even after rest. I have gotten multiple ECGs done and they are all normal, My ETT test was normal too. what shoud i do?
