I have recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. For me I seem to get alot of pain in my feet, legs hips and now hands. I am trying to do more exercise but the pain will not go away and after exercise I feel worse. Has anyone go any tips on how to manage the pain. I have tried Tramadol and Codine.

excersise will make it worse , i was told its because we make to much latic acid

but you must excersise a little other wise you will stiffen up and wont be able to do stuff.  try an infrared lamp  that helped me, also magnesuim supplement the plant based one. and iv found an oil on the net called rhemotoid rapid relief oil i found that good. iv found tramadol and codine cause serve constapation which hurt my back and hips even more, and if a used a laxative with them ,it agreavated my stomach bringing on my ibs symptoms.
