Pain on right side.

I have been having a painting my right side for 3weeks near my ribs. It kind of feels like a runners stitch. It also causes other pain in my shoulder blade and other parts of my body. I have done blood work, abdominal ultrasound and abdominal x-ray with nothing showing up as a cause. I have also had some nausea and loss of appetite and diarrhea. Any ideas what this could be? I'm scared. I'm taking probiotics for the next few weeks and if that doesn't work then they may do a CT scan. But it is freaking me out and a few weeks seems so long to wait.

    I have the same for 3 months now

    All tests come back negative 

    So the only thing they can come up with is I have Inflamed Ribs/Rib Cage 

    They are ignoring my symptoms too
