Pain on Roof of Mouth

Hi all,

bit concerned with a recent development on my hard palate (red patch on right side of picture). i noticed the pain on 3 days ago and had quite a bad fever on that day. since then, the pain has intensified and swelling has increased. im also feeling a small sore on the left side of the picture which seems to be growing.

about me: im 18 and quit smoking (pack a day of cigarillos) two weeks ago without major withdrawal symptoms. i had been smoking for about 4 months, which i would have thought is too short a time to develop any smoking related illness... otherwise im active, drink once or twice a week and healthy.

im recently moved to the netherlands for studying, and dont have medical insurance yet. hence i am asking for advice.
