Pain/soreness in my hands and feet - anyone knows this?

Hey Ladies. So I've had a great time on progestoron-gel, and was thinking "Well, I'm fine now. Everything is good". All my previous symptoms went away. And then something new comes along. This time a funny soreness in my palms and under my feet. Feels like the meat om my bones are sore. Like if I press it, it's sort of like a bruise. Does anyone know of this? And does anyone know whether or not this could also just be another menopause symptom? I am NOT going to google! No matter the symptom it always comes out as cancer, you know? 😃 So not an option for me. I go crazy when I google a symptom! I love to read about real womens experiences with menopause, and it always calms me down to ask in this community. 😃

This is pretty common--- the bottoms of my feet are sore here and there and the last few nights my hands are achy... It's not like I walked 100 miles or did any thing with my hands. I know as we age the padding on our feet wears BUT I'm only 50!!You can try soaking in a bath with epson salt as that often helps..

Hello, yes I have had this big time. I soak my feet and my hands in an Epson salt bath along with a cup of white vinegar, a cup of baking soda and several drops of peppermint essential oil. Soak for at least a half hour, but best if longer. when I went for my feet to get checked she said I had “cystic changes' in my feet and arthritis, unusually bad for someone my age. I’m 53 and I have fibromyalgia so she said that was affecting it also. As we grow older our footpads thin and our bone structure kind of weekens I guess for lack of better words and something else, but I found that out on my own. I’ll look at the notes on my phone and see what else it said, when I looked it up. She basically couldn’t offer me any help except for to buy these expensive cushion things that went over my toes and cradled the underneath top part of my foot. I apologize I forgot what they’re called. If you google, I don’t know what the wording would be, maybe, foot pain accessories, that might help. do you do yardwork or any physical work? I know some days my feet feel broken and I’m not kidding. Also when I looked up the pain in my hand, especially the left, it’s in my thumb and goes into the meaty part, where the bottom of your thumb extends into the palm. And it was called DE QUERVAIN something. I didn’t write it down. But I’m sure it’s something that’s very common during menopause. Frozen shoulder is very common and I had that and a lot of the women were experiencing this pain in the same place in the hand. I would say try that Epson bath and try to stay away from caffeine and sugar, sugar and caffeine exasperate anything. Best wishes 😉
