Pain when I start monthly

I have been having pains when I first start the first time it was hard for me walk, cough, sneeze and blow my nose for 2 days. On the second say it was hard for me to sit in a vechile but ok with everything else, by the third day I was able to go to work.after going to a ob/gyn doctor she told me that I had swelling in the right ovary and had a ultrasound done on the Dec. 26 it started to hurt after the ultrasound and so I took the medicine she gave me for swelling then sit on the couch for awhile then helped my husband with fire wood that was cut and spilt to put in truck, I laid down before work it still hurt to move, worked 5 hours then went home. I called the doctor that did the ultrasound she said it was just a normal cyst that I shouldn't be hurting that much that it should go away on its own, but also before rhis ultrasound the first one she seen that I had some tissue on my right side ovary. Now this month when I started it hurt to move but did and when my husband cuddled up with me he tabbed the bottom of my butt and other area and it gave more pain. I feel bloated more and when I eat I feel gasy and ready to go poo. I would like to know what is going on i shouldn't be feeling this way at all
