Painful sore on vagina that burns and look like a open gash!

I have painful sore on my vagina that stings when I use the bathroom. I noticed it but didn’t pay no mind until it started burning I looked in the mirror and noticed it was an open gash I went online and it said it could be a Chanroid but the thing is I haven’t had sex since November 2017 I’ve been to the doctor for my annual STD test and I was in the clear. What is this! The pictures are gross but at this point I'm ready to schedule a teledoc appointment to get antibiotics

    It could be a non specific genital ulcer in that case, if you have been cleared for absolutely everything else? Definitely worth a physical trip to the doctors, they will be able to run specific tests to see what it is.
