painfull urination after holep

  Had a holep done a month ago and can pee like a racehoarse ,but there is some pain after the race.

 It maybe that i'm peeing such a powerfull stream that my parts are still getting used to it

No regrets at all about having the holep,i had 100g prostate with a large median lobe bulging into my bladder.

 I had about 10 days of blood and leaks , but it's all good now.

Sex was better than what i expected,with improved errection and orgasm felt way better than when i was on flomax.It was dry though as i expected.

I have a pain in  prostate area moving down to tip of penis after urination.It's not there  everytime , but i'm hoping it goes away for good soon.

    I'd say you're doing very well. I had a Holep 2 1/2 months ago. I was completely incontinent when they took the catheter out 6 days after surgery. Still leaking a bit 2 1/2 months later. Still have some pain on urination but nothing serious. I'm optimistic these symptoms will disappear in the next month. You should be very happy with where you are.

    Well I am still at the crease batting on my 12th radio therapy tomorrow the monday 18/10 15.i go for intermittent self catheterisation  instruction this wednesday 20 /10/15,God damn bladder still not emptying fully so we will see how this plastic pipe rammed down the todger works,supposed to empty bladder till bladder returns to a norm,any way  I have stopped worrying all about it now,as the trainer said to the boxer Jimmy Braddock,"it`s the last round Jimmy there ain`t any more left,so go and do this son of a bitch,thats my view on cancer by the way.

    I am very glad to hear you are doing well,

    Can you confirm to me then that in your experience the the retro/dry orgasm really feels no different to ejaculating?

    I think a lot of people on this forum would also appreciate your frank response on this question.

      Hey Jeremy, I took flowmax a couple years ago and was not impressed with RE at all. It felt like my climax was misssing , it felt good as sex should but I couldn't feel much of a climax just losing the errection and realizing it was over.

      I wasn't happy about this so I quit flowmax and tried doxazosin. It was better but still not as good as before this BPH stuff happened.

      I used the doxazosin for 3 years but prostate kepy growing and then I added daily cialis , more to help me pee than for any ED. I finally gave in and had the holep procedure, thinking Retro ecjaculation was going to be like being on flowmax again.

       I was happy to find this was not the case as the feeling of orgasm was there, and felt much better than when I was on the flowmax.It was dry but I an no longer concerned about it.

      Part of this maybe due to not having a bladder that always felt full , even after trying to empty it.

      No regrets here !
