Palpable colon?

A gastro specialist suggested that i might have palpable colon in my left iliac fossa. Just wondering if this is suggestive of a serious condition?

she also suggested that I might have early satiety. Can anyone's explain what this is and how it affects your body?

    It may mean that there could be an abdominal mass.

    Need to get an ultrasound or MRI ?

    Early satiety meaning you dont eat much ?

      The consultant did say there was quite a bit of faeces to get rid of in my stomach and prescribed some laxitives for this. She also suggested I might have diverticulitis too? Could that be what you mean by abdominal mass?  Have requested more tests, but just get waived away with the GP saying these symptoms and conditions are not serious...
