Hello! Am sorry for all those pains you are going through. But As I my self have issues regarding pacreatic disorder, I visit GI specialists and undergone ct, mri and EUS and possibly I might have mild chronic pancreatitis just from my symptoms. To reply to your question, I recommend you see pancreas specialist. But from what I read, pancreatic cancer never occurs at your age. Never! The average age for pancreatic cancer is over 60. But some people develop in their late 40s or early 50s. Wishing you a better life.

If you have concerns go to your doctor. And stop prodding yourself - of course it will hurt and make squelchy noises if you push hard on your stomach. That’s just daft.  I’ve had pancreatic cancer and believe me, the pain is excruciating when it comes.

Have you had an abdominal ultrasound or endoscopy done? Gastritis and GERD can cause referees back pain as well. It might help to put your mind at ease. Also see if they’ll do a full blood work on pancreas and liver counts.
