Pancreatic Cancer or something else - should I be worried?

I have been having some abdominal pains and discomfort on a daily basis for about 6 months now. In addition I suffer from constipation, mild bloating and nausea. The situation is complicated by the fact that I suffer from both IBS and Kidney Stones.

I recently had blood tests that came back with an elevated CA19-9 level of 109

an Ultra Sound Scan came back negative. My GP seems satisfied to leave it at that, on the basis that it is just IBS, but I still have constant symptoms and feel further investigations should be carried out. What do people think? I am in the UK.
