Panic about unsafe sex and symptoms , can someone please help me :(

Hi everyone, first of all sorry for my bad englisch.

Here my story : 2,5 weeks ago I had unsafe sex with 2 girls , oral and vaginal (I know very very stupid). Since then I have very weird symptoms:

- 1 ulcur and 1 bump on my penis (under the foreskin)

- Very cold hands and feet (also tingle)

- Very heavy body , weak muscles , very low energy

- First 5 days after the unsafe sex bad stool and a lot of peeing

- Stiff neck

- Itchy skin and bad circulation

- Stiff lower back on the right side

- Very absent in my head

- Dry mouth, lips and throat

- Some  little vesicles in my mouth

- Feeling depressed and very very anxious

I'm 21 years old and I have health problems for 4 years now. I've already been to the doctor and a dermatologist but the tests are only there in 5 weeks and to be very sure of all 3 months. I'm so anxious about this all and the symptoms that getting worser everyday. And that I must live this long time in this uncertainty is hell. I know i'm desperate but I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a little bit help.

    Seb, it does sound like you got a sexually transmitted disease from one of the girls. Or both.

    Fortunately, STDs are easy to treat, so don't panic.

    Did you go to a specialist STD clinic? They give you the results immediately, apart from HIV.

    I'm sorry you've got yourself into this situation.

    I need not tell you to use condoms in future!

    Oh, and did you get either of the girls pregnant??????

      Hi tess, My doctor says that a lot of these things can only be proved after six weeks and some things even after three months. So if I get tested for things now it maybe comes out false negative ? No my orgasm was outside of the girls vagina.

      Belgium , my doctor thinks also that every symptom I have is panic/stress related. But I think that's almost impossible

      I live in the UK. We have Sexual Health Clinics here where results are fast.

      Don't you have Sexual Health Clinics in Belgium?

      Only a tropical insitutite and there are a sex specialists I think. I'm gonna call them this afternoon. Pffff I'm so desperate
