Hi, I've had these in the past and they are very frightening, only very slow deep breathing helped calm me down, if your heart was racing and you felt like you couldn't breathe I would say it definitely sounds like a panic attack.

I actually can't remember it to well, only lasted a few mins, I don't know if I had a fast heart rate

When I was a kid I would get the feeling of being somewhere else and peoples conversations sounded far away. It was very strange and I used to try and clear my ears as in a way it was like being in an aeroplane

    Hi Ryan,

Sounds like you had a form of panic attack. They come randomly, and in most cases are fueled by nothing at all. Sounds like you are ok though. Keep pressing on!

Oh yeah, just like me. I would see color swirls, and intense fear, and nothing else, which would drop me to my knee's,and I couldn't breathe. God awful isn't it. Fine one minute, and totally gone the next. Since I have been on a antidepressant I haven't had a anxiety or panic attack, and that's been 9 years now. Thank god!!!I
