      Hi Maria,

My anxiety meds affect sleep so i wait til Im in bed tired before I take them. Do you think your meds have given you more anxiety to start with? Mine did (sertraline), but once it settles it really works. What are you taking?

HI been on Setraline but I think they did not do much made me feel worst,I was reading in a lot of these meds they give you Anxiety as well, if I could get back some good q unlit you sleep that would be nice but Anixety I think stops you from sleeping jolts some people out of it,one good day the crap will settle down hormones normally after peri menopause calm down at some point.
