Parasite, Worms, Eggs in Stool?

Around 5 days ago I ate sushi, soon after stomach pain started, every day, on scale 0..10 I'd say 3 or 4.

I have NO diarrhea, blood or vomiting.

However, 2 days ago I've decided to vomit on my own, and pain got smaller, next day I felt better.

Then before going to bed, I had a mild fever, which disappeared by the time I fell asleep, in the morning felt much better overall.

But now I found this in my stool.

Something that looks like a worm, and eggs or egg sacs.

What could it be? and how to kill it?

I've seen, a pharmacy nearby has Mebendazole, 6 tablets x 100 mg.

I'm thinking of taking, how many tablets should I take?

    Edit: just had a watery stool, not much, like a 1 spoon.

      in my case, I shoved in some anti-worm medicine, lots of herbs, garlic, pumpkin seeds, and some other stuff, didn't eat any sugar. Couple weeks later I got back to eating normal food, I didn't have any problems. Not really sure if I had worms or not, stool test came negative. feel good now.

    I had something similar that looked very much like borrelia, which causes lyme disease. I'm putting it in a ziplock bag to take to my doctor. Hopefully he can cure my digestive problems now.

      You have no idea how much this has helped me! This is exactly what I'm experiencing, yet Specialists have told me it's "Delusional Parasitosis". Damn if I don't have one seriously vivid imagination!
