Part of foreskin tore off compelety, 6 months ago and it hasn't really healed at all.

A while ago like 6-7 months I was masturbating too hard I guess then I feel a slight pain and the foreskin near my frenulum on the left side had foreskin rip off. Now I had a patch of foreskin skin on the left of my frenulum gone and on the right it's fine. It look's weird but I haven't had any issues and have had sexual things happen since. I was wondering if I need to take an extended break from sexual activity or take a medicine to heal it once and for all. Any I can buy?

I would go to a doctor and have it looked at..it could be nothing that could turn into something serious.

That sounds unusual, but you might have torn your frenulum.  I'd definitely see a doctor if I were you.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated.  Good luck.

I don't think any medicine will fix it, but a break from sex activity will probably help if it's still delicate down there.  Surgery is possible in some cases, though I think most cases don't need any treatment once things have healed up.
