Patch of tiny bumps on vulva

Hoping someone can help identify what these bumps might be! A few weeks ago I was treated for a UTI with an antibiotic and afterwards I got what I thought was a yeast infection. I finished taking monistat 2-3 days ago but I still have some itching. I’m going to go see a gyno but I wanted some opinions before then! Thanks in advance

      It night be vestibular papillomastosis, which is normal and harmless (google and have a look). You may have had them for sometime and not noticed. Have you been examining yourself recently because of your infection?
