I notice this ulceration for 5 days now, I don't know what it is.
I'm sure it is not STI, I have not had sex for 3 months.
I went to walk in clinic, Doc there thinks it is Herpes, and prescribed Taro-Mupirocin cream and Valacyclovir 3 days ago, it seems does not work at all.
I'm very worried, please help me, thanks!

the primary signs of syphilis sometimes dont occur until 3 months after sex
