Penis bumps

hey i had unprotected sex a few months ago went and got tested for hiv, syphillis, hsv1-2, chlamydia and ghonorrea and they all came back negative other than chlaymdia . ive finished treatment and my test came back negative today . my doctor has referred me to dermatogoly to be diagnosed and says its more than likely fodyce spots or molluscum and not anything sexually transmitted .they dont hurt at all they just itch whenever irritated and im just curious if anyone can help me identity what they are !image
