I've had this condition for awhile now, but recently started to get as worse as it has ever been. I am sexually active and have a problem retracting forskin around the gland when I'm errect. I was wondering if this looks like a comin case of Balanitis, or if it could at all possibly be something else.
I have had dryness of the gland of penis, and am able to retract fully when not errect but with pain. Sometimes it gets stuck behind the gland and causes the gland to feel like it's going to burst, and causes extreme pain.
Sometimes will get weird sensations at the tip of penis and around the bottom of the gland (which could be caused by not being able to retract forskin when errect) and don't really know what to think and would like some medical experts opinion.

As this is mainly a peer support resource, I don't think you will get an expert opinion unless you consult your own doctor. However, I obviously have some experience of foreskin issues, being uncircumcised myself. As I've got older (I'm now 66), I've needed to moisturise my foreskin to avoid soreness, adhesion to the glans and cracking of the foreskin. I guess everyone's skin gets drier generally as we age. Sometimes I've needed to use an anti-fungal cream suggested by my gp, but bought over the counter at the pharmacy. I don't see any photo, so can't say whether you have Balanitis. By the sound of things, you could benefit from some foreskin stretching - moving the foreskin, with lube, more during masturbation might be enough, or perhaps you might eventually need minor surgery (NOT full circumcision!) so that you don't get the dangerous problem of getting your foreskin stuck behind your corona and risking blood stagnating and causing your glans to be deprived of oxygen. Best to consult your own doctor now rather than have to go later to A & E / ER if this happens as it is a medical emrgency.

It could be phimosis, but we'll be able to say more if you post some pics.
This should help you add images:

If you're using a phone or tablet, you may need to choose the desktop/PC option in your browser.
If you don't want to post pics, then please see a doctor. You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.
If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated. Good luck.
Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor, and neither I nor most of the other people here are "medical experts" (though we tend to know more than most non-doctors).If it gets stuck behind the glans, that's paraphimosis, which is serious, and if you can't fix it yourself with cold water and manual pressure, you should go to A&E (that's "ER" for Americans".

This link: https://patient.info/doctor/phimosis-and-paraphimosis
says the following:
Paraphimosis
This occurs when a tight prepuce is retracted and then unable to be replaced as the glans swells. This is a urological emergency.
