Penis cuts

Hey. I've got a situation with my penis and i've been searching online and unfortunately i haven't been able to understand what it is. I've two small cuts on the head of my penis they somehow look like gills on fishes. They have been there for as long as i can remember. They have done me no harm so far. At first i thought they are normal but i just got curious and searched online and now im more curious to know what it is. i can send u photos too if you need me to.

Do they ever bleed or become inflamed? How deep are they? A photo would help
