Stacks, having unprotected sex is the cause of the vast majority of issues on the genitals that could be of concern. As you have never had sex then the likelihood of having something to be concerned about is very small. In fact the only thing I am aware of is even people who have never been sexually active can be carriers of a strain of the herpes virus - what carriers experience from time to time is a potential outbreak on the genitals. What you show in the photo looks nothing like a herpes outbreak.

So, yes, what the Doctor told you was 100% correct. As you also mention, for someone using some form of penile enlargement can get this kind of reaction to skin imperfections and things that are naturally present on the penis such as Fordyce spots. But as you add, this is not the case for you.

Stacks, what the Doctor is saying by 'they are normal', and 'nothing to worry about' is that many men have lots of spots and glands that are a natural part of the penis absolutely covering their entire penis. Such men, literally, cannot do anything about them because there are too many of them.

In comparison, you have two - a doctor certainly would not see this is anything of a problem. In fact, for all natural lumps, bumps and spots on the penis doctor's regard doing anything about them as purely cosmetic - and that is what you would have to have to remove them, cosmetic surgery.

Most men, regardless of how many of these spots they have, simply get on with their life, and pay as little attention to them as possible.

As long as you do not pick at them or scratch them and make them bleed, or use penile enlargement, then likely these two spots will not become any bigger.

If you are less than 30 years of age you may develop more of these - essentially, some men have none of these that are visible, some, like you, some have just a few, while others have their penis totally covered in them. That it is how it is ....
