penis foreskin has small pimple like patchs and under penis glans have the white pimple

from last 4days on wards having this but getting itching sometimes

    The small pimply like patches themselves are quite normal. Why you have some that are white is the issue of concern.

    What you could have is a fungal infection but if you are not sexually active it is thinking what the source could be. Do you do a great deal of physical activity, sports, gym workouts - where you sweat a great deal?

      i used to get a white layer on penis used to clean with water an somtimes itching also

      ..... have you had a Doctor or Dermatologist check you for the white layering ..... ?
